EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchange
Would you like to exchange the same item for another size? That is possible. Please contact us by sending an email to and we will get right on it for you. We will process your exchange within three working days.
Returns
Are the items not quite what you had in mind? Too bad, but this can happen. You have 14 days (counting from the day you received the order) to return the items to the return address below. Once we have received your return successfully and it meets the return conditions, we will refund the amount to the account that was used to pay for the order within 10 working days.
Return conditions
- The products must be in original condition, unworn and with original price label.
- The return costs are to be borne by the consumer and are at his/her own risk. The consumer is responsible for any damage or loss (due to transport). Therefore it may be useful to send your package with a tracking code so you have proof of shipment.
- Please note: Sale items (or items obtained at a discount) can NOT be returned.
- Returns can be made via Bpost or another courier service.
